Repeat Prescriptions
We have amended out protocols for dealing with prescriptions in light of the evolving Coronavirus (COVID-19) pandemic.
To request a prescription please telephone the surgery on 01268 566400 or email your request to:
reception.benfleetsurgery@nhs.net
Do not come to the surgery to drop off your request.
You are still able to post a request to the surgery if you wish. Please include a stamped self-addressed envelope if you would like the prescription to be posted back to you.
Alternatively for those who have registered online already you can request your medication online by following this link: https://systmonline.tpp-uk.com
We will not let you enter the surgery to pick up your prescription. We will send it electronically to a pharmacy of your choice. If this does not already happen, when you request your medication let us know which pharmacy you would like us to send it to.
Do not request increased quantities of medication or just in case medication. We will not process these requests. We all need to preserve the fragile supply chain of essential medicines.
